Jun Yuan Restaurant, known as “relaxed Cantonese hot pot”, has a certain insistence on the quality of the ingredients. The bottom of the soup pot is made of fresh real ingredient and unique secret recipe, which are simmered for more than 6 hours, and more the 70 kinds of fresh hot pot ingredients are carefully selected by the chef. Hours: 40 hours/week
Salary: $20 /hour
Job duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef,
Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies,
Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Order supplies and equipment,
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirement:
Secondary school education or equivalent
1-2 years of work experience
